What ages is Little Trails Playroom best for?
Our playroom is designed for children ages 0–11, making it a space both younger kids and older explorers can enjoy.
Do parents stay during playtime?
Yes, we encourage parent-supervised play to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Do I need to book before visiting?
Booking ahead is recommended, especially during busy days and weekends, but walk-ins may be available depending on capacity.
How much does it cost to visit?
Daily open play is $10 for the first child and $8 for each additional child — 6 months and under are always free. If your family visits regularly, our membership plans start at just $50/month.
Choose from three tiers:
Sprout (10 visits, saves $50/month),
Explorer (20 visits plus a guest pass and party discount, saves up to $125/month), or
Adventurer (unlimited play for $100/month). Add a sibling to any plan for just $30/month more.
What's the difference between your membership tiers?
We offer three membership plans to fit different families.
Sprout ($50/month) gives you 10 visits per month — great for weekly visitors who save $50 compared to daily passes.
Explorer ($75/month) gets you 20 visits, a free guest pass each month, and $50 off a party rental — saving up to $125/month.
Adventurer ($100/month) is unlimited Monday–Friday play for families who want to come as often as they like. You can add a sibling to any plan for just $30/month. All memberships cancel anytime after the first month.
Do children need to wear socks?
Yes. Shoes are not allowed in play areas, and socks are required for both children and adults.
Can we bring snacks or drinks?
Snacks and drinks are allowed only in designated snack areas. Food and drinks are not permitted in the play zones.
Is this a drop-off childcare?
No. Little Trails Playroom is a parent-supervised play space, and children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Can I take photos inside the playroom?
Yes! Feel free to take photos of your own children, but please be mindful of other families’ privacy.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We keep it simple—after your first month, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. No long‑term contracts or hidden fees.
Do you offer trials before committing?
We do! Ask us about our trial visit options. If you upgrade to a membership on the same day, we’ll credit your visit toward your first month.
